
The mission for our education department is by utilize our creative fun learning approach to introduce and teach Chinese language, art & crafts and Chinese traditions to anyone who wants to explore and learn Chines culture, whether Chinese its part of your or your child's heritage or not. Thus you and your child can achieve understanding and knowledge which will enhance their abilities as an advantage in life.
Currently we are the only culture center offers these class in West Atlanta.
Whether you and/or your child is an auditory, visual, or kinesthetic learner, our teachers will find a strategy that will result in success. All of our class are being taught by highly-qualified instructors who adhere to strict standards. We can combine any of our classes to provide the perfect fit for you and/or your child.
Class Preparation
Prior to starting the class, it is required for you and/or your child to completed an assessment test at the time of registration. This will ensure us to better place you and/or your child in the appropriate class to ensure his/her learning ability to be maximized, thus to achieve the desired outcome.
Class Size
Our staff to student ratio is between 1 instructor to 6-10 students per class. Ensure our teacher have the ability to focus attention on you and/or your child is the key to our success in teaching. One on one class also available upon request.
Class Progress
Students and parents are provide with quarter syllabus at beginning of the class and regular reports and feedback during the quarter. Your and/or your child's progress is continually monitored and shared. All of your and/or your child's information is kept in strict confidence without your prior consent.
Class Types
We mainly provide three types of class: Regular classes (language classes) & Seasonal classes (arts & crafts classes) & Culture exchange tours camp
Regular classes are offered on regular quarterly basis. It is a two hours class, they are included:
--Children Chinese Language (Introduction, Intermediate I, Intermediate II & Advance)
--Adult Business Tourism Chinese Language (Introduction, Intermediate I, Intermediate II & Advance)
--Adult Business Chinese Language (Introduction, Intermediate I, Intermediate II & Advance)
Seasonal Classes are only offer on seasonal basis and are subject to change from quarter to quarter. It is an one hour class, they are included but not limited to:
--Children & Adult Introduction to Calligraphic
--Children Chinese Traditional Dance
--Introduction of Chinese Calligraphic Drawing
--Introduction of Tai Qi
--Chinese Knots
--Introduction of Chinese Chest
--Etc.......
Culture Exchange Tours Camp are offered twice a year, once during winter break and once during summer break annually. It is an overseas tour to China to explore and experience Chinese culture in person. Details are varies based on individual tour program. Parents or legal guardians are encourage to accompany students during the tour, student under 16 must be accompany by an adult. The length of the tour is range between 7 to 14 days depends on the destination.
Special Needs
From students with reading problems, ADD/ADHD, auditory processing problems to those who are formally diagnosed as learning disabled, we will find the right instructor and right plan for each child.
