Culture Tours Camp:
Price varies based on different tour program. All camp fees must be prepaid four weeks prior to the departure date. Any cancellation must be submit 7 days prior to the departure date for refund. Refunds are subject to individual tour program, details will be provided at the time of reservation. Current enrolled students will receive "student discount" based on seasonal rate.
Late Fee & NSF Fee:
Monthly fee due on the 1st of each month, late fee of $25.00 will occur if the payment it's received after 3rd of each month. Quarterly fee due on the 1st of the first month in the quarter, late fee of $25.00 will occur if the payment it's received after the 3rd of each month. NSF of $55.00 for any check or e-check payment returned for any reason.
For payments that are late in two months consistently, an warning will be issued to the student and parents. If the payment continue to be late after the warning, an automatic withdraw will be issued for the student. Until the past due amount are paid in full and account status current, student will not allowed to be continue the lessons.
