Registration Requirement



Registration Procedure:

  • All registration materials must be completed and submitted 7 days prior to class begin.  Incomplete forms will not be accepted for registration.

        Children (under 18, child's 4th birthday must be before the registered quarter begin)

    • Registration Form (Online only)
    • Emergency Contact & Medical Information
    • Family Survey (Return students only)
    • Parent or legal guardian ID Photocopy
    • A photocopy of birthday certificate or passport (New student only)
    • All registration fee or tuition must be paid in full before class begin

        Adult (Above 18)

    • All registration fee or tuition must be paid in full before class begin

Upon completion of all above items, student will be notified admission via mail 1 week before the first day of class or by online.  An orientation for all students will be given during the 1st class and progress report will provide to students and parents once a month unless parents notified otherwise.

Registration for each quarter will start two weeks prior to class begin and extend to three weeks after class begin.  Exception will be made based on individual case basis.  Please refer to calender for each quarter schedule.

We accept cash, check, credit card or paypal.  To process check payment, please make payable to DKACCC.  To pay by paypal or credit card, please contact us.  



Withdraw and Refund Policy:

If you are dis-satisfied with any of our class, you can withdraw class at any time.  Full refund will be issued for withdraw request submitted within 30 day of class begin. 1/2 refund will be issued for withdraw request submitted between 30 to 45 days. No refund will be issued for withdraw request submitted after 45 days.
